Adventure Sports


Introduction
The aim of this report is to suggest some adventure sports activities which young people could be interested to do in our local club, Central Norte.
Sports
Our club is situated nearby San Bernardo hill, so we can offer them downhill mountain bike. It is a very interesting activity where young people can enjoy with their friends and also can develop skills on mountain bike. Another activity that we can offer is hiking, this sport combine the simple walking and the nature that our city offer us.
Benefits
These activities would benefit young people to encourage them to another most adventurous activities. And also help them to get fitter.
Conclusion
I recommend first, organize a hiking group, so they would be prepared for others activities more strong than simply walk. They have to start for the basic sports, and after that, they can do downhill mountain bike.

FOR AND AGAINST ESSAY

Young people do not pay attentionto their health and fitness

Nowadays, lifestyle has changed a lot. Computers, fast food are bad for young people's health, but do they pay attention on it? In my opinion, do everything more easy to live day by day could be dangerous for health.

Lot of young people work through computers and sometimes all day, they do not have time to prepare something healthy to eat so they go to eat fast foods that contains lot of fat and less vitamins and proteins that the body needs. What is more is more expensive than cook at home. Finally computers make you a sedentary person and it carry serious damage to your body.

On the other hand go to eat fast food sometimes is delicious but it can not be a daily routine. Also computers are so fast and useful that you do not need for example go to the supermarket and buy, you can do it online and they deliver it to your house. However they could be bad habits for your health and fitness. 

To sum up, young people can have a easy lifestyle. They have just to choose correctly the ways to do that. 

A Report

IMPROVING THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Introduction
The purpose if this report is to discuss what we can do with the money that Miguel Isa, who is our mayor, give us to improve our neighborhood.
Multipurpose center
The neighborhood does not have a center where residents can access to do multiple activities. With the money, we can create one where we can offer dance or kitchen classes and offering various services to maintain the building facilities. What is more, the center can also be rented for parties.
Green spaces
Also we need another green space more, because the neighborhood, which is inhabited by 200 families, only has a square with a playground and trees. If the money was spent on this, this could offer improvements to our environment and more recreational space for our children.
Recommendation
I recommend spending the money to create the multiporpose center, it would have a beneficial effect on our neighborhood and also with the money that we earn with it, we can improve another things for the neighborhood.

A story

James, my special Friend 
 Was a summer day in Salta, I was hanging around with some friends when I met him. He was with some friend in common. That day was one of the best moments of our friendship.
 I had seen him before in other parties and meetings but I had never spoken with him, because I
thought that he was a serious person. We had seen each other at least 4 or 5 times but we had never talked.
 One afternoon on January, I was with my friends near the principal square when I saw him. He was taking care of his dog, Rocco. I was very eager to meet him, and one of my friend said that he was going to introduce me to him. I was shocked, because I did not know how to start a conversation with him! When he was in front of me, I said hello and he answer my greeting,and that was the moment when our friendship started forever and ever. That one meeting made it a day I will never forget.

Dreams of fame
Many people dream of being famous, but is it easy? Nowadays if you are dating with a celebrity, you are famous at the moment. Being famous is awesome and have a lot of advantages, you can have free pass in anywhere. What is more you can have clothes that you want, in change to say the name of the brand.
On the other hand, being famous and well known is a bit difficult. Firstly, you may not have private life, because paparazzis are always behind you, looking for pictures or whatever. Secondly, the fame is not forever. If you do not have a degree or a safe work, the fame will end in a few little months.
All in all, is better to be a well known person than a famous. Because you can live peacefully and you know that you are doing great things.

Writing an email

Dear Caroline,
Thanks for your email, and also for thought in me. I'm really interested on it. Do you know when the camp start? 
I would like to study some languages, such as Italian, English and also Mathematics. I really love English and I want to practice more and for the other I want to learn as much as possible. And Mathematics because I have to study for my next final exam. What about the sports? I really want to play soccer. What do you think?
And tell me, how much does the summer camp cost? Is the trip include in the final price?  
I'd prefer The Great Barrier Reef. I want to know more about sealife, and see those amazing creatures and also I 'd love to do windsurfing! Don't you think?
